The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and NatWest have changed the offering on their credit cards, and credit cards from both banks now come with an offer of 0% for 13 months on balance transfers and 0% on purchases for 3 months.

This new balance transfer offer of 13 months is one of the longest currently available in the UK credit card market and the balance transfer handling fee at 2% is also one of the lowest available. The standard interest rate of typical 13.9% APR variable has also been lowered from the previous 16.9% rate.

With an instant online decision, internet fraud protection and online account management available, the new RBS and NatWest cards are now some of the most competitive UK credit cards currently available. Both RBS and NatWest credit cards are available as Classic, Gold or Platinum credit cards.
