MBNA Platinum Changes Card Offer

MBNA, who are one of the largest issuers of UK credit cards, have changed the offering on their Platinum Plus credit card which now come with an offer of 0% on balance transfers until your statement date in December 2008 and 0% on purchases your statement date in March 2008. The MBNA Platinum Plus card is a Visa credit card which is available online.

The MBNA Platinum Plus card has a balance transfer handling fee of 3% for each balance transferred and the standard interest rate of a typical 12.9% APR variable has also been lowered from the previous 15.9% rate. This is now one of the lowest UK credit card typical APR rates currently available.

The Platinum Plus credit card also offers MBNA Secure, which offers a range of security measures to protect you and your credit card, as well as online access to your credit card account. The MBNA Platinum Plus credit card is available to UK residents who are over 18 years in age, with a good credit history and is available for online applications.
