MBNA Platinum Card Changes Offer

MBNA, which is one of the largest issuers of credit cards in the UK market, have changed the the offer on their Platinum Plus credit card which now comes with an introductory offer of 0% on balance transfers until your statement date in June 2009, with a 2.9% handling fee and a typical 15.9% APR variable. The MBNA Platinum Plus card is a Visa credit card which is available online.

The MBNA Platinum Plus card also has an introductory offer of 0% on purchases until your statement date in August 2008 and in addition also offers 0% on transferring cash into your current account until your statement date in June 2009. The Platinum Plus credit card offers MBNA Secure, which offers a range of security measures, such as fraud warning and identity theft protection, to protect you and your credit card.

The MBNA Platinum card has 24 hour online access to your credit card account, allowing you to check the balance and latest transactions and to view your PIN number. The MBNA Platinum Plus credit card is available for online applications to UK residents who are over 18 years in age, with a good credit history.
