Egg Balance Transfer Offer Changes

Egg have changed their introductory offer on balance transfers and the Egg credit card now offers an introductory rate of 0% for up to 14 months, with a handling fee of 3%, typical 16.9% APR variable. The Egg credit card is a Visa card which is available online.

This introductory balance transfer offer to 1st May 2009 now makes the Egg Card balance transfer offer one of the longest within what is a very competitive UK credit card market. Egg further differentiates itself from other UK credit cards with its anniversary offers of 0% for up to 5 months on balance transfers, subject to a 2.5% handling fee, for balance transfers which are made in March 2010 and March 2011.

In addition to the balance transfer offers, the Egg credit card also offers 0% for up to 3 months on purchases as well as discounts at a selection of online retailers and the free Egg Money Manager which allows you see all your online accounts in one place.

The Egg credit card is available for online applications to UK residents who are aged over 18 years old and who have a good credit history.
