American Express have updated the offer on their Platinum Cashback credit card which now offers 0% interest on purchases for 6 months as well as up to 5% cashback with a typical interest rate of 19.9% APR variable. The Platinum Cashback card is an American Express card and is available for online applications.

 

The Platinum Cashback Credit Card offers customers 5% cashback on all transactions made in the first 3 months up to £100. After the first 3 months the card offers up to 1.25% cashback on all further transactions made using the card with no limit on how much you earn, or on how you spend the cashback. All cashback is paid annually.

 

The Platinum Cashback Credit Card also offers Purchase Protection benefit which protects eligible items you buy using the card for up to 90 days against theft or damage as well as Refund Protection benefit where American Express will also refund eligible items for up to 90 days after purchase using the card, even if the store you bought it from won't.

 

The Platinum Cashback Credit Card is available for online applications to UK residents who are aged 18 or over with a good credit history and a household income of over £30,000 a year and offers an online response in just 60 seconds.
