Egg Credit Card Offers Change

The Egg credit card has announced changes to the 0% offers available on the Egg card which now comes with an introductory rate of 0% on balance transfers until the 1st March 2012, for balances transferred before the 1st April 2011, with a handling fee of 3%, and a typical interest rate of 17.9% APR variable. The Egg credit card is a Visa branded credit card and is available for online applications.

Along with the new 0% introductory offer on balance transfers, the Egg Visa card also comes with an introductory offer on purchases of 0% until 1st March 2011 on all purchases made with the Egg card. The Egg Visa card also provides customers with the Egg Cash back store which offers cash back when customers shop using the Egg credit card with any of the 1,500 online retailers.

The Egg Visa card has no annual fee and comes with a wide range of benefits including the free Egg Money Manager which allows customers to see all of their online money accounts in one place, free purchase protection insurance as well as an internet delivery guarantee and active fraud monitoring.

The Egg Visa card has a completely paperless application process that can all be completed online and is designed to speed up the credit card application process and make the Egg card available to customers faster. The Egg Visa card is available for online applications to UK residents, who are aged 18 years or older, who have a bank or building society account and who also have a good credit rating.
